- Cancellation requests must be submitted seven days before the agreed period of pet care and/or house sit. A full refund will be issued once the cancellation is confirmed by both parties.

- Last minute bookings (24-72 hours or less) are NOT ACCEPTED. 

- Payment methods accepted are CashApp, Venmo, and cash payments. An invoice will be sent with the full amount calculated for all services agreed on. Payments for services provided MUST be paid in one week prior to the agreed period of pet care and/or house sit.
